The efficiency of an electromechanical component is guaranteed also by selecting a suitable lubricant from a calibrated dosage that corresponds to the point of lubrication.
A dispensation that is non-constant, excessive or in insufficient quantities, at the same time, may compromise the operation of the same component, resulting in product leakage from the lubrication chamber and therefore in increased costs firstly, and early wear of the friction surfaces secondly.
In this regard, Macon Research relies on its collaboration with a leading manufacturer of dosing and micro-dosing systems of lubricating fluids with volumetric and time pressure systems. The dosing stations have been designed to be fully implemented in the context of the customer's production, can be placed in line with the normal manufacturing process, and can be used remotely.
The supply of lubricating fluids occurs by means of two types of technology: time-pressure and/or volumetric.
Macon Research lubricant solutions are available in a variety of standard packaging: drums, jerry cans and jars, so as to satisfy all production requirements and applications.
Macon Research has developed a system for producing small and single-dosed customized packaging that can be used as a spare parts kit. It is possible to customize the packaging with labels - upon a customer's instructions - pad printing is also available for a greater business impact.
