To date, the Verona-based company's R&D division has designed and manufactured more than 30 customised scrubber-dryer models to meet all possible professional and industrial cleaning needs of its customers.

The reliability and quality of Adiatek's products has been confirmed over the years with numerous prizes and awards.

THE NEED

The proper functioning of the scrubber-dryers was compromised by oxidation and corrosion problems concerning the machine's metal components in a humid environment, resulting in a shortened service life of the components.

A direct consequence of this was the difficulty of offering customers machinery in line with the durability standards they required.

HOW WE INTERVENED

The company trusted in us right from the outset, putting us in a position to start with sample tests to identify the most suitable lubricant solution for each machine, based on its function and operating conditions.

The optimal product identified for the need at hand is MACONGREASE LITEK 720T/3.

THE RESULTS

Tests conducted directly for over 2 years confirmed excellent protection of all parts in direct contact with water, whilst also maintaining the functionality of the lever mechanisms and bearings (the latter of which had required annual replacement with the old grease, increasing customer service costs).
