We take our first steps as a consultancy company specialized in supporting designers and technical offices during the implementation of their industrial projects. Our task was to connect small and medium-sized companies with external resources to give shape to ideas, prototypes, components, machinery and products.

Over time we began to notice that one of the most underestimated variables in the development phase of a project was precisely the choice of the functional lubricant for the mechanical or electromechanical components. The lack of specific knowledge or a suitable technical office led client companies to underestimate the choice of oils and fats. There were those who were satisfied with standardized commercial products and those who did not carry out the necessary tests on used lubricants.

The result, in both cases, was the creation of a product:

not optimized
with a short life cycle
or that offered below-average performance.

The choice of specific oils and greases in a mechanical part allows you to improve the life and efficiency of the lubricated component by up to 30%. This is why we are committed to following your project in every single phase.

We start by analyzing the component to be lubricated: we evaluate the materials, the gases that contain it, the operating temperature, the friction coefficient, the type of load to which it is subjected and the sliding speed. This way we are able to identify the purposes of your lubricant.

To find the ideal lubricant we start by formulating an initial composition. Thanks to the speedmixer we are able to create a prototype in small production batches in 3 weeks, enough to verify the effectiveness of the lubricant sample.

Small batches scalable in large quantities

Once we have found the perfect formulation for your needs we are able to replicate it exactly and reproduce it in larger quantity batches (40 kg and more). A perfectly scalable system, with even higher precision than what could be achieved with a paint tinting machine.
