Lubrication, reduced noise and wear.
he production of electromechanical components often requires the use of lubricant solutions that add performance to the separation of two surfaces, so as to render the component simpler and provide it with an edge in terms of the quality/price ratio.
The request is therefore not aimed at a simple lubricant, but a compound capable of:
- Actively controlling the static and dynamic friction
- Reducing wear under conditions of hydrodynamic and mixed lubrication
- Recovering play on mechanical couplings
The Dynamic Active Compounds (DAC) are lubricants that possess different consistency and aggregation states, formulated with synthetic bases of high purity and thermal stability, and are characterized by a synergistic combination of lubricating properties and a control of the relevant motion between two concurrently moving surfaces.
Macon Research has developed different product families, classified according to their state of aggregation, their behaviour in thin film and their applicability in open or closed systems:
RHEOFLUID - Fluids with a high viscosity index, suitable for closed systems and a wide range of temperatures.
TIXOGEL - Viscous fluids with high adhesive strength and power sealant, suitable for closed systems that require the use of high torque.
DAMPING FLUID - Thixotropic compounds with a high friction coefficient, also suitable for open systems.
PLASTILUB - High consistency plastic compound; powerful sealant.
SMARTFLUID - Magnetosensitive fluids for systems with feedback control.
Hyper-V FLUID - NEW - Compound with a high viscosity index, adhesive, also suitable for systems without sealing elements and subject to a wide range of operating temperatures.
